You’ve probably heard about West’s downward spiral over the past years.
Back in 2016, when footage of him wandering barefoot in a parking lot went viral, his older brother, Dmitri, wanted to reassure fans that West wasn’t in danger.
He said that the family was trying to get West the help he needed and that he has two beautiful children and a wife who provides him with “tremendous support.”

Then again, West seems to be struggling with substance abuse. He was spotted homeless and panhandling, so it’s hard to imagine that the relationship is thriving.
